Rather than being an herb reserved only for bedtime, milky oats are traditionally used as part of a daily herbal routine during seasons when you feel worn down, depleted, or simply need a little extra nervous system support.
Our Milky Oats Tincture is made with fresh, organic Avena sativa using a 1:2 fresh herb-to-menstruum ratio.
