Custom Honeystead Hive Tools
A good hive tool is one of those things I never head into the apiary without. This 10-inch J-Hook Hive Tool is designed to handle the everyday work that comes along with opening and inspecting a hive.
Made from durable stainless steel, each tool is coated in Cerakote, a tough ceramic-based coating that adds an extra layer of durability and gives the tool a beautiful finish. Each one is also laser engraved for a special Honeystead touch.
The J-hook end makes it easy to lift frames from the hive, especially when everything has been propolized together. The opposite end can be used for scraping away excess wax and propolis, separating boxes, and loosening frames during inspections.
