Step into the kitchen and join us for a hands-on workshop centered around building your own kitchen apothecary.
In this session, we’ll work with everyday spices and herbs—blending them with intention to create nourishing, functional staples you can reach for daily. Together, we’ll craft things like spiced honey, custom spice blends, and simple herbal preparations that support digestion, warmth, and overall wellness.
You’ll learn how to combine flavors like cinnamon, ginger, clove, and cardamom in a way that not only tastes good, but serves a purpose—turning your kitchen into a place of both nourishment and care.
This workshop is about bringing herbalism into your everyday life in a simple, approachable way. No complicated steps—just learning how to use what you already have (or can easily grow or source) to support yourself and your family.
No experience needed—just come with a love for good food and a desire to learn.
You’ll leave with your handmade blends and a deeper understanding of how your kitchen can become one of the most important spaces in your home for supporting health.
